Group Booking Information

School and group visits to the Gallery are welcome throughout the year. To help us ensure that your visit is a rewarding one, we ask that you provide us with 72 hours advance notice of your visit. 

Please note that in order to ensure the satisfaction and safety of its patrons, the Gallery regulates the number of visitors to the Gallery. To avoid overcrowding, the number of group bookings on busy days will be limited. Groups of more than 50 people may be required to form smaller groups of 25 and visit at separate times.

Bookings are essential for groups of 10 or more. To book a group visit, please email or call the Education Bookings Officer on 07 3840 7255 between 8.30am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday.
