School and group visits to the Gallery are welcome throughout the year. To help us ensure that your visit is a rewarding one, we ask that you provide us with 72 hours advance notice.

Please note that in order to ensure the satisfaction and safety of its patrons, the Gallery regulates the number of visitors to the Gallery. To avoid overcrowding, the number of group bookings on busy days may be limited. 

Note: Bookings are not required for groups of less than 10. Booking enquiries for groups of 50 or more must be made by phone to the Education Bookings Officer on 3840 7255 or emailed to schoolbookings@qag.qld.gov.au. The maximum group size for each booking is 50.
